And those who answer to their Lord, steadfast the prayer, do mutual consultation in their affairs among them, and are spending from whatever We have provided to them.
No one becomes believer except with Adhikr (the Best Interpretation of Lord’s Book) as explained in verses 10: 99-100. Without becoming believer, no one can respond to the call of Lord; instead such are responding to the call of disbeliever Satan as told in verse 14: 22. As explained in verse 42: 26, only from the believer the deeds are accepted. For getting response to the prayer and for accepting the deeds two conditions are provided through the verse 2: 186. It is told in verse 49: 10 that believing men and believing women are brothers and sisters each other. Before taking decision regarding any matter, they make discussion about it among them. Believers are always commanding the good and are forbidding the evils as explained in verse 9: 71-72. If there is a group of such believers, they will get ruling power as explained in verse 24: 55. Hypocrites and their followers are commanding the evil and are forbidding the good, they are niggard for spending their favours in the way of Allah, they have forgotten Allah, and they do not help each other, Allah has also forgotten them as explained in verses 9: 67-68. Since there is no any group of believers anywhere in the world, the mode of prayer and life style of the odd believer is as explained in verses 7: 205-206. See explanation 32: 15-16 and 35: 10.
